The release of eBay‘s inaugural Australian Online Business Index (OBI) demonstrates a robust and growing e-commerce sector. The OBI found that 67% of those surveyed were optimistic about their 12 month business outlook with 38% expecting to increase staffing levels during the period.

The primary reasons these 93 million Americans cite for not having broadband service include affordability and a lack of digital skills needed to take advantage of the technology, the FCC found.
