The Driving Business Online tour bus rolled into Canberra on 14th June 2011. Frerk-Malte Feller, Managing Director for PayPal Australia together with the Hon. Stephen Conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy and the Hon. Nick Sherry, Minister for Small Business opened the tour outside of Parliament House. The Senators both expressed their commitment to improving connectivity throughout Australia which will bring huge opportunities for both businesses and consumers across the country.
eBay is a proud partner of the initiative and will continue to educate and work closely with businesses both large and small to help them grow and build their business by reaching the almost 6 million unique visitors that check out the eBay.com.au site each month.
At each tour event PayPal, eBay and the other partners will provide education sessions on how to succeed in the online business world.
