Tell Congress to Raise the 1099-K Reporting Threshold
Tell Congress to Support a Permanent Solution for Americans Who Sell Online

While the IRS has temporarily delayed implementation of the new $600 threshold for receiving 1099-K tax forms, Americans who sell online need a permanent solution.

Without a permanent change, these forms will be issued for the sale of virtually all goods, even used or pre-owned goods, even when no income tax is owed. This new change will mean even people selling only a few things out of their garage will receive confusing tax forms intended for businesses.
