PayPal received approval from the Royal Bank of India (RBI) for increasing the transaction limit for export-related payment to merchants in India, from the original USD 500 per transaction, to USD 3000 per transaction. This is a huge step forward for PayPal and for Indian merchants and SMEs who can grow their export business through e-commerce.

As such, PayPal and all its merchants in India would like to thank the Royal Bank of India (RBI) for understanding and being supportive of the needs of cross border trade businesses for SMEs.
