This week eBay hosted Chairman Frank Pallone (D-NJ) at our headquarters in San Jose, CA. Chairman Pallone oversees the powerful US House Energy and Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over technology and consumer issues important to eBay and its users. Chairman Pallone is serving his 16th term in the US House of Representatives and he represents New Jersey’s 6thCongressional District.
During the visit, Chairman Pallone met with Marie Oh Huber, SVP & General Counsel of eBay and Stephanie Burns, VP & General Counsel of StubHub. The group discussed how eBay is enabling small business sellers in New Jersey and globally to export and grow their businesses. They also discussed StubHub and the importance of creating a fair and competitive ticket marketplace.
