Yesterday, U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) spoke on the Senate floor against efforts to pair the Marketplace Fairness Act (MFA) or the Remote Transactions Parity Act (RTPA) with a permanent extension of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA).
