Legislators from Washington, Oregon and Colorado joined members of the eBay Inc. team for a tour of eBay Inc.’s Commerce Innovation Showcase this week. Oregon House Speaker Tina Kotek, Colorado House Speaker Mark Ferrandino, Washington State Senator Christine Rolfes and Washington State Representative Sam Hunt visited eBay Inc.’s Headquarters in San Jose, CA to learn more about eBay Inc.’s brands, including PayPal, StubHub, eBay Enterprise and the eBay.com site.
On June 19th, eBay participated in a conference focused on the impact of technology on trade organized by two major newspapers in Colombia: Portafolio and El Tiempo. The conference brought together technology and policy experts from all around Colombia in an effort to discuss the status of the electronic commerce marketplace in Colombia, and more importantly where the marketplace is going in the future.
