PayPal Hosts Inaugural Government Relations Event in Tokyo

Buyers and Sellers Should Check Refund Policies
From 1st January 2011 the new consumer protection law comes into force. “The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) replaces 20 existing Federal, State and Territory laws with one national law,” said the Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, the Hon David Bradbury MP. Supreme Court Rejects Tiffany Trademark Appeal -- A Win for eBay
On Monday, The Supreme Court rejected an appeal by Tiffany and Co. in a major trademark case, solidifying the ruling handed down in eBay\'s favor this September. eBay was not held liable for trademark infringements stemming from sales on its website by individuals. eBay Inc. continues to favor an open marketplace and actively pursues possible cases of fraud on its websites.
