This week InsideCounsel magazine announced eBay VP of Government Relations & Public Policy Tekedra Mawakana had won a prestigious award. InsideCounsel, one of the nation’s leading publications for Legal and Government Relations leaders, announced its annual Transformative Leadership Awards recipients for 2016. The Transformative Leadership Awards honor senior in-house Legal and Government Relations professionals who have demonstrated commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in corporate law.
Tekedra was recognized and given the “Visionary Leaders” award for 2016 in recognition of her leadership in tech on legal and public policy issues, including her public policy work at eBay this year.
