eBay Provides Feedback on Consumer Privacy Legislation

Congressman Rick Boucher (D-VA) and Congressman Cliff Stearns (R-FL) have released draft federal consumer privacy legislation and requested public comment.  eBay, long recognized as a leader in protecting user privacy, provided feedback.  eBay will continue to promote sensible and balanced reform as the issue is considered by the US Congress.
